Air Line T-Piece Fitting

Description

The Loadsense air line T-piece fitting connects an air sensor into the air line that feeds your truck or trailer airbags. It lets the sensor read the airbag pressure without changing how your suspension works, and getting the right size is what makes the air sensor installation go smoothly.

Choosing the right air line T-piece fitting

Trucks and trailers don’t all use the same air line size, so no single T-piece suits every vehicle. We supply the fitting to match whatever is already fitted to your truck or trailer, including the size and connection type of the existing line.

The easiest way to get it right is to check the size of the air line currently fitted to the airbag supply on your vehicle, then include it in your enquiry. If you’re running more than one air sensor, check each line, as truck and trailer lines can differ.

Why the right size matters

Using the correct size T-piece is essential for installing the air sensor properly. A fitting that matches the existing line keeps the connection sealed, so the sensor reads the true airbag pressure.

Brass and nylon fittings

We use both brass and nylon T-pieces, depending on the air line and connection on your vehicle.

Works with wireless and wired air sensors

The T-piece is used with both the Loadsense wireless air sensor and the wired air pressure sensor. Both read the pressure in your airbags and send it to the weighing scale integrator, which shows your axle group weights in the Loadsense app.
