The Loadsense Scale Integrator is the heart of the Loadsense weighing solution, the all-in-one scale for multiple applications.
This one integrator can receive inputs from weighing sensors which are both wireless and wired. No matter what your application the Loadsense new weighing system can support your sensor input. The Loadsense Integrator then wirelessly broadcasts your sensor input information via Bluetooth to the Loadsense app on Android or iOS.
Use on a Truck and Trailer to get real-time Axle Group weights or connect it to your Weighbridge Loadcells or Hopper on site to capture weight information.
Supported Weighing Sensors:
The Integrator takes up to 8 sensors at once, and they don’t all need to be the same type. You might run air sensors on the truck and loadcells on the trailer. It has a 50 m line-of-sight range and connects to two phones at the same time, so the driver and the loader both see the weights as the load goes on. It also stores the calibration data for every sensor, so if a phone is lost or replaced you can load the calibration onto the new one in a click.
