Loadsense Scale Integrator

Loadsense Scale (Integrator)

The Loadsense Scale Integrator is the heart of the Loadsense weighing solution, the all-in-one truck weight scale for multiple applications. Weigh your truck and or trailers load by Axle Group for example, no matter what the suspension type our Integrator can support your sensor requirements. Mix and sensors types too for example truck may be air and trailer has springs our Integrator can communicate simultaneously to both sensors real-time.

Loadsense Weighing System Integrator Supports the following weighing sensors:

  • Air Sensors (Wireless and Wired)
  • Hydraulic Transducers
  • Angle Sensors
  • Height Sensors
  • Loadcells
  • Strain gauges

Wireless RF Air Sensor

Loadsense Wireless RF Air Sensor for weighing on trucks and trailers with air suspension weight gauge.

Loadsense Wireless RF Air Sensors will calculate your truck and or trailers loaded weight once calibrated by the change in air pressure in your truck or trailers airbags as weight is applied by adding more load or removing some or all of the load.

Loadsense RF Wireless Air Sensors have long battery life and up to 50meter (line of sight) RF Frequency signal reception range. Our wireless air sensors are not Bluetooth.

Note: Some of our competitors use cheaper Bluetooth sensors which have limited battery life issues, limited sensor frequency reception range issues and also limited to communicating a couple  of sensors maximum to their app on your phone which restricts how many axle groups you can see. Some trucks need to sensors per axle group if they have dual leveling valves.

Wired Air Pressure Sensor

Loadsense Wired Air Sensor for weighing on Trucks and Trailers with Air Suspension.

Loadsense Wired Air Sensors will calculate your truck and or trailers loaded weight by axle group once calibrated by the change in air pressure in your truck or trailers airbags as weight is applied by adding more load or removing some or all of the load.

Angle Sensor (Inclinometer)

Loadsense Angle Sensor (Inclinometer) for weighing on Trucks and Trailers with Leaf Spring Suspension (Mechanical Suspension).

Loadsense Angle Sensor also known commonly as an Inclinometer, will calculate your truck and or trailers loaded weight by axle group once calibrated by the change of angle in your truck or trailers leaf spring also known as mechanical suspension deflection as weight is applied by adding more load or removing some or all of the load.

Hydraulic Pressure Transducer

Loadsense Hydraulic Pressure Tranducer for weighing on Trucks and Trailers using the hydraulic Pressure in the hoist ram.

Loadsense Hydraulic Pressure Transducer will calculate your truck and or trailers loaded weight once calibrated by the change in the hydraulic pressure in the hoist as the load is lifted off the deck by a foot. To obtain the best accuracy using this sensor and method of weighing loads should be centered in the Truck and or Trailer Bins.

Rotary Height Control Sensor

Loadsense Rotary Height Sensor for weighing on Trucks and Trailers with Leaf Spring Suspension.

Loadsense Rotary Height Sensor will calculate your truck and or trailers loaded weight once calibrated by the change in height in your truck or trailers leaf spring/axle deflection as weight is applied by adding more load or removing some or all of the load. Once the Truck or Trailer has had all of its load removed the weight displayed in the Loadsense Truck Scale app will return to the TARE weight of the Truck or Trailer.

Load Cell Weighing Sensor

Loadsense Loadcell Weighing Sensor for weighing on Trucks and Trailers.

Loadsense Loadcell Weighing Sensor will calculate your truck and or trailers loaded weight once calibrated using the pressure applied by your truck or trailers bins or balsters measuring deflection as weight is applied by adding more load or removing some or all of the load. Once the Truck or Trailer has had all of its load removed the weight displayed in the Loadsense Truck Scale app will return to the TARE weight of the Truck or Trailer.
