Loadsense Rotary Height Sensor for weighing on Trucks and Trailers with Leaf Spring Suspension.
Loadsense Rotary Height Sensor will calculate your truck and or trailers weight once calibrated by the change in height in your truck or trailers leaf spring/axle deflection as weight is applied by adding more load or removing some or all of the load. Once the Truck or Trailer has had all of its load removed the weight displayed in the Loadsense Truck Scale app will return to the TARE weight of the Truck or Trailer.
The Loadsense Rotary Height Sensor works by using a rotating disc to interrupt or allow the passage of light between a light source and a photodetector. This interruption generates electrical pulses that are converted into digital signals, providing information about the rotational position or movement of the object being measured. The Loadsense Rotary Height Sensors is a versatile device that play a critical role in various applications that require accurate and precise rotational position sensing.
This sensor comes with a number of elements which need to be installed for the sensor to function and weigh correctly.
